Thank you for choosing Unwind Elite Spa Services. We are committed to providing professional, personalized experiences designed to help you relax and restore. Please review the following policies before booking your service.

Appointments & Reservations

Appointments are available by advance reservation and are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit, payment, or written confirmation. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.

Service Area

Unwind Elite Spa Services proudly serves clients throughout New Jersey. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area and will be communicated prior to booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of our therapists and clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual and couples appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.

Spa Parties, Group & Corporate Bookings

A deposit may be required to reserve spa parties, group experiences, and corporate events. Deposits are applied toward the total balance of the event and help secure your requested date and time.

Should plans change, deposits may be transferred to a future booking when adequate notice is provided and scheduling permits.

Final guest counts, service selections, and event details must be confirmed prior to the scheduled event. Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to availability.

Hosts are responsible for providing adequate space and access for therapists and equipment.

Late Arrival Policy

To maintain our schedule and serve all clients promptly, service time may be shortened if a client is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time. Full payment for the originally scheduled service will still apply.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other health concerns prior to receiving services.

Massage therapy and spa services are intended to support relaxation and well-being and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Environment Requirements

For services, clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, smoke-free environment with adequate space for equipment setup and service delivery.

Parking & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible parking and entry for therapists and equipment at the service location.

Your Comfort Matters

Your comfort is our priority. We encourage you to communicate your preferences throughout your service, including massage pressure, room temperature, music volume, and overall experience. Every service is customized to your individual needs, and we welcome feedback that helps us create the most relaxing and enjoyable experience possible.

Children & Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and may be required to provide written consent before receiving services.

Pets

For the comfort and safety of all participants, pets should be secured during services unless otherwise discussed.

Professional Conduct

Unwind Elite Spa Services maintains the highest standards of professionalism and mutual respect. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, advances, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session. Full payment will remain due.

Service & Satisfaction

We strive to provide every client with an exceptional experience. If your service did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days. We value your feedback and welcome the opportunity to address your concerns and make things right whenever possible.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Zelle

  • Cash

Gratuity

Gratuities are appreciated but never required.

Pricing

While we make every effort to keep our website and service menu current, prices, packages, and service offerings are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate at the time of reservation.

Right to Refuse Service

Unwind Elite Spa Services reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Liability

Clients voluntarily participate in all services and assume responsibility for providing accurate and complete health information. Unwind Elite Spa Services shall not be held liable for injuries, reactions, or complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Client information is kept confidential and used solely for scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
